Our website is owned and operated My Living Water UK Ltd, a company incorporated in England & Wales with registered number 8159960. This is the user agreement that governs your use of this website and the provision of the services we provide you. Please take time to read these terms and conditions as it is important that you understand our contractual relationship both relating to your use of our website and the services we provide you.

By using or accessing our website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access our website or place orders.
These terms relate to sales made over the internet for the website www.mylivingwateruk.com Separate terms & conditions apply to purchases made by any other method within our company.
We advise you should not proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms & conditions.
1.1 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publishing, prices are subject to alteration throughout the year and may be changed without notice. Prices charged will be those ruling at the time of invoice. Orders are subject to packing and carriage charges.
1.2 The prices displayed on the website are for online purchases and promotions only and are not transferable to sales through any other means.
2.1 Delivery is included in the purchase price for each individual product ordered to Mainland UK* (*Mainland UK does not include Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of man and Channel Islands.) To customers in these regions we apologise for any inconvenience. Please Contact Us for a delivery quotation.
2.2 All standard deliveries are either made by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ or dedicated Courier. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch however this is not guaranteed. Courier service aim to delivery within 3 working days after dispatch however this is not guaranteed. Orders will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is at the delivery address to accept the delivery then Royal Mail will leave a red ‘you were not at home’ card which will enable you to collect the parcel at a time convenient to you from a local sorting office, it will still require a signature upon collection. Courier will leave a 'you were not at home card' and will either attempt redelivery, leave a contact number for you to arrange redelivery or contact you directly to arrange redelivery.
2.3 We reserve the right to use a different delivery service as required without notice.
2.4 If you require delivery to a different address to that of your PayPal or credit/debit card billing address then this can be changed when processing your order through PayPal.
2.5 In the event that upon delivery you discover damaged goods, goods that appear to have been tampered with, short or incorrect delivery, please contact us in writing or other durable medium (including email) immediately and we will arrange for a return of such goods. Upon receipt and checking of goods a full refund will be issued within thirty days (30) or a full replacement sent, whichever is requested. Damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging. Claims for damaged, tampered, short or incorrect delivery must be received within three (3) days for claims to be accepted.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 All goods are supplied on a Proforma basis: full payment is made at the time of order and before any goods are dispatched.
4. Payment Method
4.1 All major credit & debit cards are accepted via PayPal’s PCI compliant secure server. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service; you can make a simple direct payment with your card just like any other shopping cart payment provider.
4.2 You have the option to pay via BACS by using our Contact page to request the relevant payment information. When making payments by BACS please use your order number as the payment reference. Orders will only be processed on receipt of cleared funds.
4.3 No financial information is kept or stored with our company. If you purchase multiple products on different days you will have to go through the payment process again.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
5.1 Under the distance sellers act you have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within seven (7) working days after delivery for any reason. Products must be kept in the same condition as when purchased and in the same packaging in which they were delivered, see below for further details.
5.2 In order to return a product please contact us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within 7 days after delivery. You will then be entitled to a refund or exchange from us which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. Items must be kept in the condition in which they were purchased and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any item is deemed to be non-resalable. Returns are free of charge except in those areas incurring extra delivery cost please contact us for details. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
5.3 After the seven (7) day return period has elapsed we will not accept returns on any items.
5.4 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery in the event that circumstances arise, which in our view, oblige us to do so, or in the event that your account is not paid in accordance with our Payment Terms. We reserve the right to reduce or cancel orders in the event of non-payment, shortage of stocks or for any other reason to execute a delivery wholly or in part and to make reasonable alterations to products and/or packaging as circumstances may demand. We will not be liable for costs, damages, losses or expenses of any nature resulting from part delivery, suspension of delivery, reduction or cancellation of orders.

7.1 We reserve the right to recall any products without prior notice in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulations 1994.
8.1 We are committed to providing a high level of service however if you have a complaint about our products or level of service please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within three (3) days and resolve it within thirty days (30).
9. Applicable Law
9.1 We control and operate the website from our offices within England. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this website and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our website from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between ourselves and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
